Residential Plumbing Service Technician | Taylors, SC | Locally Owned, No Corporate Quotas

Plumbing Heroes is owned by Derek Yoder and Jean-Marie Bouygues, both Master Plumbers with 30 years of experience serving the plumbing needs of Upstate South Carolina. We're a locally owned, owner-operated service company based in Taylors, SC. We are not a franchise. We don't have corporate production quotas or pressure tactics. We fix plumbing — and we do it right. We're looking for an experienced service plumber who wants to build a long-term career with a company that respects craftsmanship, treats customers honestly, and takes care of the people who work here.

Compensation
-Base pay: $22–$28/hr depending on experience and licensure
-Monthly performance bonus program (tied to completed job revenue — details shared in interview)
-Weekly pay
-Earnings potential: $55,000–$75,000+ for the right candidate

What You'll Have:
-Company truck (take-home available for qualified candidates)
-Fuel card — no out-of-pocket expenses
-Company-provided major equipment and tools
-Tight service area — 90%+ of calls within 20 miles of Taylors
-Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM–5 PM
-Minimal on-call rotation
-Direct access to ownership — no layers of management

‍What We're Looking For:
-3+ years of residential service plumbing experience (service calls, not new construction)
-Strong diagnostic skills: water heaters, drain issues, slab leaks, fixtures, gas lines
-Journeyman plumbing license preferred; apprentice-level candidates with strong field experience will be -considered
-Valid SC driver's license with clean record
-Ability to work independently and communicate repairs clearly to customers — without overselling
-Self-motivated, accountable, and detail-oriented
-Leaves job sites clean; takes pride in the work
